Parmesan Ranch Chicken

3/4 cup crushed cornflakes
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast
In a shallow bowl combine cornflakes, parmesan cheese and ranch dressing mix. Dip chicken in butter and roll in cornflake mix to coat. Place in a greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.

I rarely make it this ranch-y, although it is delicious. I'm not sure why we all started making it less that way . . .

I always make it this ranch-y and I love it that way. I originally found this recipe in Taste of Home while I was babysitting one time, and when I made it for the fam we were all hooked.
